Armand Riopelle
Armand Riopelle is the founder and managing principal of Apiary Advisory, bringing over 20 years of experience in business development, sales leadership, and growth strategy across enterprise and small business environments. His expertise spans the full sales lifecycle—from lead generation to serving in Chief Revenue Officer roles—with a specialization in mission-critical and regulated markets. Armand has deep industry knowledge in the Close Protective Services and Defense Industrial Base sectors, critical infrastructure, and industries such as technology, healthcare, energy, and manufacturing.

Throughout his career, he has led initiatives that accelerate revenue growth, improve operational efficiency and position organizations for long-term market success. He works closely with a network of principal consultants whose expertise includes DoD/Military and Big Tech integration, defense acquisition and SAM.gov processes, corporate security & enterprise operations, law enforcement and public safety strategy, and cybersecurity with both civilian and military applications. Armand combines strategic vision with execution-focused leadership, aligning people, processes, and technology to deliver measurable client outcomes in complex, compliance-driven environments.

Altaf Bora, MBV, is Managing Partner at Arcturus Advisory Group and a recognized Defense Innovation leader with over 25 years of experience building and scaling organizations worldwide.
A former U.S. Marine Corps Reserve Officer who commanded a 92-member Counterintelligence unit during Operation Enduring Freedom, he has directed cyber and intelligence operations protecting major Marine Corps installations. Drawing on HUMINT/CI expertise, Big Tech operations, and DoD acquisition processes, Al advises organizations on AI adoption, technology integration, leadership, and enterprise optimization to drive growth and resilience at the intersection of defense, technology, and innovation.

Don later led global security for Land O’Lakes, Inc. and Land O’Lakes Venture37, building enterprise-wide programs and advancing security technology innovation to protect people, assets, and operations worldwide.
